First Aid at Home

Would you know what to do if a loved one, neighbour or friend needed your help in a first aid situation? This short course can be tailored towards your individual needs, and will teach you the basic skills of first aid. We would usually cover the following during a two-hour session:

• Cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) - adults, child and infant,
• Control of bleeding,
• Shock,
• Broken bones,
• Burns,
• Medical emergencies,
• Choking,
• And anything else you would like included.
