Prices
The initial consultation is free of charge and usually lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
If you then decide to go ahead and book some personal training sessions, the prices are shown in the tables below.
The price includes:
- your one-hour personal training session;
- provision of all the necessary fitness equipment;
- goal setting and monitoring, programme design and updates as you progress, and the pre-planning of all training sessions;
- email support throughout the course of your training;
- travel time to and from your home or other location of the personal training session.
