David Hogg
I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and the steps necessary to achieve that goal. With the 10 years experience working in the fitness industry I have worked with clients from ages 8 - 103 to help them improve their fitness and quality of life.
As a personal trainer I educate my clients about exercise, diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to empower them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement.

I am an highly motivating, confident and knowledgeable trainer with over 4 years experience of working in the Leisure industry. I get a huge buzz from helping people achieve their goals, turning their dreams into reality, wether it be weight loss, muscle building, tone and definition, gaining elite fitness status, help hold back the ageing process, sports specific, general fitness, improving aerobic capacity, range of movement, flexibility, Recovery from injury, strength, wellbeing feeling or to look and feel good.
I have the capability to understand the general physical needs of an individual and marry that to the specific requirements that that person has requested. Due to my experience of dealing with the public, I can fully explain the direct routes to those achievements.
My training in Nutrition, pointed towards sporting requirements will help my clients reach all their goals in all dimensions with greater speed at no extra effort.

I have been volunteering for Hogg's Fitness & First Aid for over a year now and it has changed my life as I have found something that I love doing. I look forward to completing my qualification to start working as a paid member of the Hogg's Fitness & First Aid team. In the meantime I am working as an assistant to David Hogg when delivering Boxercise, Movement and Seated Exercise classes.

Eve Gentlehomme
I have been teaching Yoga for 12 years. Trained with the British Wheel of Yoga I have also done the module 'Yoga for Children ' in 2001. The ancient discipline of Yoga- postures, breath control, mind control and relaxation increases vitality, releases stress and promotes well-being. Yoga practices have been adapted to suit children and mothers and babies, to promote well-being.

Martin Yiannoullou (ITEC Diploma)
Martin has been qualified in Massage since 2007 he has good knowledge of the human anatomy and strongly believes that a sports massage should be part of an athletes training routine. Sports Massage is a great way to maintain performance, reduce injury and to relieve stress. Martin has treated people from both sporting and non-sporting backgrounds, people with sporting injuries and those who wish to increase there performance. Sports massage is also a great way to relieve general aches and pains. You do not need to be a sports person to benefit from a Sports Massage. Martin also has exprience in pre-event and post-event massage treating runners in events such as Race For Life, The Great Capital Run and The London Marathon.Treatments available at The Physiotherapy and Injury Clinic, Chigwell and at Elaine Atkins Physiotherapy, Loughton and Woodford Green
